What do our brains sound like? Find out when Masaki Batoh of japanese progressive psych-rock legends Ghost brings his Brain Pulse Music project to the states for the first time. He’ll be appearing at the Communikey Festival in Boulder, CO April 26, Austin Psych Fest on April 27th and on May 2nd he brings his multi-media mind experiment to Chop Suey in Seattle. Brain Pulse Music is described as “experimental bioelectric procedure that uses electronic and musical processes developed by Batoh to reconcile the spirit and the body. The project is the result of years of research into the bioelectric functions of the human brain combined with the traumatic aftermath of Japan’s Great East Earthquake.”
